Rates: Mini-Session rates begin at $150 and are by appointment. Your session package includes your session fee, high resolution web photos that are professionally retouched, and a digital release for web sharing. Digital Print files are also available a la carte. Reserving your slot: Full payment of your session is required to reserve your appointment. An invoice will be sent to you thru which you can easily secure your slot. Because there are limited sessions available, when you reserve your slot, it is set aside for you and no other. Therefore, session are fully non-refundable. In the event of an emergency and you need to cancel, your session payment can be used as a credit toward one rescheduled shoot (same day rescheduling or alternate day).
Your Shoot Agreement & Release will be emailed to you for easy online signing through your phone, tablet or computer.
Wardrobe: For Biz portraits, only what you wear from the waist up will show. I suggest you arrive wearing two layers of your choice, one layer of which you can remove half way thru your session for a 2nd look. ex) for guys: a dress shirt, tie and suit jacket if you want a formal look, or a t-shirt and button down shirt/casual jacket over it for a more casual look. For gals: a blouse and dress suit jacket or casual shirt with a cardigan or casual jacket.
Wardrobe Colors: Neutrals, pastels and natural colors look best for the most professional look. If you are a creative, wear what represents your creative vibe. A good rule of thumb is to wear what you would to an interview or whatever best expresses your personal branding.
Hair & Makeup: Be natural, look like ‘you’ or how you want to present yourself to the world.
Tips: Try on your chosen wardrobe a few days before your shoot and have clothing laid out the night before. Haircuts should also be done a few days before your appointment, not a day or two before the shoot unless you’re very confident in the stylist. Get a good nights sleep so you look as fresh and healthy as you can! 🙂
Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled slot.This will allow you to park, find the shoot location and settle in. Mini-Sessions run exactly on time, so thank you in advance for arriving before your scheduled appointment!
You should be ‘shoot’ ready, hair and any makeup all set, at the time of your appointment.
If you’re running late, please text or call me to let me know. If there’s no client scheduled after you we’ll do our best to accommodate but please note that arriving after your slot time may result in a reschedule.
All sessions include your best photos, chosen by me, in high resolution digital files for the web with a license for web-sharing only. Your photos will be retouched for a natural, professional look. Clients receive their photos via email or via a private online gallery with download links. Turn around to get your files is about 1 week. Rush processing is available upon request. Additional print-resolution digital images (for business cards, postcards, flyers, etc.) are available a la carte.
