THE BASICS:

Hello! Thanks for considering Smart Pop Media for your professional photo needs. I specialize in providing professional business portraits & corporate headshot photos for LinkedIn profiles, resumes and social media profiles.

Rates: Mini-Sessions range from $100-$200 and are usually scheduled on the weekends during specific booking windows. (Weekday appointments are available upon request for those who can’t do weekends.) Your session retainer includes your session fee, high resolution web photos that are professionally retouched, and a digital release. Currently scheduled mini-sessions are below. MINI-SESSIONS 2017

Long Beach, CA area: Saturday April 29, 2017 – Sunday May 14, 2017.

BEFORE YOUR SHOOT:

Reserving your slot: Full payment of your session retainer fee is required to reserve your time slot. Once you settle on a session time, an invoice will be sent to you thru which you can easily secure your slot. I in turn will treat your time slot as your special time, completely focused on you, maximizing every minute of your shoot.

Because there are limited time slots available, when you reserve your slot, it is set aside for you and no other. Therefore, session fees are fully non-refundable. In the event of a personal emergency and you need to cancel, your session retainer can be used as a credit toward one rescheduled shoot (same day rescheduling or alternate day) without fee. A 2nd rescheduling will incur a $40 rescheduling fee.

Your Shoot Agreement & Release will be emailed to you for easy online signing through your phone, tablet or computer.

Wardrobe: Since these are biz portraits, your bottoms/pants will not show in the photo, only what you wear from the waist up. For all ‘standard’ and ‘sweet’ mini-session clients, I suggest you arrive wear two layers of your choice, one layer of which you can remove half way thru your session for a 2nd look. ex) for guys: a dress shirt, tie and suit jacket if you want a formal look, or a t-shirt and button down shirt/casual jacket over it for a more casual look. For gals: a blouse and dress suit jacket or casual shirt and open sweater or casual jacket.

Clothing colors: Neutrals and natural colors look best for the most professional look. If you are a creative, wear what represents your creative vibe. Solid colors and subtle patterns are great too. Bottom line, wear what you would wear to an interview or whatever best expresses your personality.

Hair & Makeup: Be natural, look like you or how you want to present yourself professionally to the world for an interview or important meeting at work.

Tip: Choose and try on your chosen wardrobe a few days before your shoot day and have clothing laid out the night before. Also try your best to get a good nights sleep so you look as fresh and healthy as you can in your photos! :)

DAY OF YOUR SHOOT:

Arrival:
To be ‘on-time’ for your mini-session, please show up at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled slot. This will allow you to park, find the shoot location and settle in. Mini-Sessions run exactly on time, on the hour, every 30 minutes. Thank you for being respectful and honoring not only your valuable time, but mine and the client scheduled after you by arriving before your scheduled appointment.

You should be ‘shoot’ ready, hair and any makeup all set, at the time of your appointment!

If you’re running late, please text or call me to let me know. If there’s no client scheduled after you we’ll do our best to accommodate but please note that arriving after your scheduled time may result in a reschedule.

AFTER YOUR SHOOT:

All sessions include high resolution digital files for web that I choose for you. Your photos will be professionally retouched for a natural, professional look. Client will receive their photos via email or via a private online gallery with a link to download all the files onto your computer. Turn around to get your files is about 1-2 weeks. Rush processing is available upon request. Print resolution digital images (for signs, posters, flyers, postcards, business cards, etc.) are available a la carte.
